Reporting to: Branch Manager

Objective: Achieving growth and fulfilling collection targets.

Minimum Qualification & Certification: Graduate & DRA certification from IIBF

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting delinquent customers for collections
  • Timely reporting of daily activities (collection calls)
  • Any other work given by Supervisor from time to time

Experience: Minimum 2 years in NBFCs, Banks, or financial institutions. SARFAESI knowledge preferred.

Compulsory Requirement: Must have own vehicle and smartphone.

Function: Sales and Business Development

Location: Cochin ,Trivandrum, Jodhpur

Reporting to: Regional Manager - Deposits

Objective: Responsible for handling deposit business and expanding distribution.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing of deposits (fresh + renewal) from brokers and open markets
  • Ensuring renewal of fixed deposits and 5% direct deposits
  • Empanelment of new brokers every month
  • Managing broker empanelment program quarterly and maintaining activation
  • Coordinating with payments team for timely invoice payments
  • Ensuring FD receipts are delivered to customers on time
  • Training branch employees on deposit products

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years handling deposit business.

Compulsory Requirement: Willing to work on field; must have a two-wheeler.
